When the item/items are returned in good condition, store credit will be issued by e-mail for the purchase price less shipping and any other expenses incurred. To use your store credit, indicate the date your store credit was issued and email a copy to Wooly Knitpicks and Spindles with your order. Use your credit promptly. Store credits must be used within 6 months of original date. Items lost in transit that were not insured, damaged items or those returned without return authorization will not receive credit.
